Durante el proceso de laminaci\u00f3n de un apilamiento de PCB, pueden producirse huecos de laminaci\u00f3n en la interfaz de los materiales de uni\u00f3n. Estos huecos tambi\u00e9n pueden deberse a problemas con las materias primas utilizadas en el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de PCB. Cuando se produce un vac\u00edo de laminaci\u00f3n, puede producirse una delaminaci\u00f3n entre las capas diel\u00e9ctrica y de l\u00e1mina de cobre, formando grietas en las capas internas de la placa de circuito impreso.
