Le CCL est un stratifi\u00e9 compos\u00e9 d'une feuille de cuivre coll\u00e9e \u00e0 un substrat non conducteur. Cette combinaison fournit la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et le support m\u00e9canique n\u00e9cessaires au circuit imprim\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les CCL sont soumis \u00e0 des exigences strictes, notamment en termes de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur et de fiabilit\u00e9, afin de se conformer \u00e0 des r\u00e9glementations telles que la directive sur la limitation de l'utilisation de certaines substances dangereuses (RoHS). Les CCL sans halog\u00e8ne et les CCL sans plomb sont deux types de CCL qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ces normes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les CCL sans halog\u00e8ne ont des niveaux contr\u00f4l\u00e9s de chlore et de brome dans des limites sp\u00e9cifiques. Ils offrent de meilleures performances en termes d'inflammabilit\u00e9, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, de d\u00e9composition thermique, de stabilit\u00e9 de taille et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la flexion par rapport aux CCL FR-4 ordinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les CCL sans plomb, quant \u00e0 eux, sont des PCB plaqu\u00e9s cuivre qui n'utilisent pas de soudure sans plomb lors du montage en surface. Ils utilisent une r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy brom\u00e9e comme r\u00e9sine principale et se conforment aux r\u00e9glementations RoHS en \u00e9vitant les substances telles que le PBB et le PBDE.
