Ces couches internes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9es de stratifi\u00e9s et de cuivre d'\u00e9paisseurs variables, en fonction de l'\u00e9paisseur souhait\u00e9e pour la carte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les couches internes peuvent contenir des motifs conducteurs ou des plans de masse, qui contribuent \u00e0 la connectivit\u00e9 et aux performances \u00e9lectriques globales du circuit imprim\u00e9. Ces motifs et plans permettent d'acheminer les traces, les composants et les connexions, ce qui permet de concevoir des circuits plus complexes et d'augmenter la densit\u00e9 des composants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vias sont utilis\u00e9s pour assurer une connectivit\u00e9 correcte entre les couches internes et externes. Les vias sont de petits trous perc\u00e9s \u00e0 travers les couches et remplis d'un mat\u00e9riau conducteur, ce qui permet d'\u00e9tablir des connexions \u00e9lectriques.
