Dalam aplikasi yang membutuhkan konduktivitas termal dan listrik yang tinggi, resin epoksi semi-sinter dapat digunakan untuk perakitan chip-on-board. Selain itu, teknologi flip-chip melibatkan menghubungkan chip menghadap ke bawah ke PCB menggunakan bola solder yang telah diterapkan sebelumnya pada tingkat wafer atau melalui proses penumbukan internal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk melindungi chip, berbagai proses pengemasan dapat digunakan.
