PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u5de5\u827a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-pcba-coating\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f PCBA \u6d82\u5c42<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u53c8\u79f0\u4fdd\u5f62\u6d82\u5c42\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u805a\u5408\u7269\u6210\u819c\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u53ef\u4fdd\u62a4\u7535\u8def\u677f\u514d\u53d7\u6f6e\u6e7f\u3001\u7070\u5c18\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u548c\u6781\u7aef\u6e29\u5ea6\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5b83\u4e0e\u7535\u8def\u677f\u548c\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u8f6e\u5ed3\u76f8\u9002\u5e94\uff0c\u5728\u4e0d\u663e\u8457\u589e\u52a0\u7ec4\u4ef6\u5c3a\u5bf8\u6216\u91cd\u91cf\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c42\u3002PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u9632\u6b62\u8150\u8680\u3001\u77ed\u8def\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u635f\u574f\u6765\u63d0\u9ad8\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u6c7d\u8f66\u3001\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u3001\u519b\u4e8b\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u7b49\u6076\u52a3\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u6d88\u8d39\u7c7b\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e5f\u80fd\u4ece PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u6f6e\u6e7f\u6216\u591a\u5c18\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u3002\u60f3\u60f3\u60a8\u7684\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u5728\u6e85\u6c34\u540e\u4ecd\u80fd\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u60a8\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u5728\u6781\u70ed\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u4ecd\u80fd\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c--PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"types-of-pcba-coatings\">PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u7c7b\u578b<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>PCBA \u6d82\u5c42\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u6bcf\u79cd\u90fd\u6709\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u4e00\u4e0b\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u51b5\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"acrylic-resin-coatings\">\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u6811\u8102\u6d82\u6599<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u6d82\u6599\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5\u6eb6\u89e3\u5728\u6eb6\u5242\u4e2d\u7684\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u9632\u6f6e\u548c\u7edd\u7f18\u4fdd\u62a4\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6613\u4e8e\u6d82\u62b9\u548c\u6e05\u9664\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u5728\u5ba4\u6e29\u4e0b\u5feb\u901f\u5e72\u71e5\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u9002\u5ea6\u7684\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u52bf<\/strong> \u5e72\u71e5\u901f\u5ea6\u5feb\uff0c\u6613\u4e8e\u8fd4\u5de5\uff0c\u9632\u6f6e\u6027\u80fd\u597d\uff0c\u6210\u672c\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002<br><strong>\u7f3a\u70b9<\/strong> \u8010\u6eb6\u5242\u6027\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u4e0d\u9002\u5408\u9ad8\u6e29\u5e94\u7528\u3002<br><strong>\u5178\u578b\u5e94\u7528<\/strong> \u4e3a\u6d88\u8d39\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u7535\u5668\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u63a7\u5236\u88c5\u7f6e\u63d0\u4f9b\u901a\u7528\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<br><strong>\u6027\u80fd\u6570\u636e\uff1a<\/strong> \u4ecb\u7535\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff1a15-25 kV\/mm\uff1b\u9632\u6f6e\u6027\uff1a\u826f\u597d\uff1b\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\uff1a-55\u00b0C \u81f3 125\u00b0C\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"epoxy-resin-coatings\">\u73af\u6c27\u6811\u8102\u6d82\u6599<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>\u73af\u6c27\u6d82\u6599\u662f\u7531\u73af\u6c27\u6811\u8102\u548c\u56fa\u5316\u5242\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u53cc\u7ec4\u5206\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u3001\u9ad8\u4ecb\u7535\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u826f\u597d\u7684\u9644\u7740\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u52bf<\/strong> \u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u3001\u9ad8\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u3001\u826f\u597d\u7684\u9644\u7740\u529b\u548c\u8010\u9ad8\u6e29\u6027\u3002<br><strong>\u7f3a\u70b9<\/strong> \u96be\u4ee5\u8fd4\u5de5\uff0c\u56fa\u5316\u65f6\u95f4\u8f83\u957f\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u53d8\u8106\u3002<br><strong>\u5178\u578b\u5e94\u7528<\/strong> \u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u5de5\u4e1a\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u8981\u6c42\u9ad8\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u8150\u8680\u6027\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002<br><strong>\u6027\u80fd\u6570\u636e\uff1a<\/strong> \u4ecb\u7535\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff1a20-30 kV\/mm\uff1b\u9632\u6f6e\u6027\u80fd\uff1a\u4f18\u5f02\uff1b\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\uff1a-55\u00b0C \u81f3 150\u00b0C\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"urethane-resin-coatings\">\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u6811\u8102\u6d82\u6599<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u6d82\u6599\u4ee5\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5355\u7ec4\u5206\u6216\u53cc\u7ec4\u5206\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u9632\u6f6e\u548c\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u3001\u826f\u597d\u7684\u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u52bf<\/strong> \u6d82\u62b9\u65f6\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u8010\u6e29\u6027\u9002\u4e2d\u3002<br><strong>\u5178\u578b\u5e94\u7528<\/strong> \u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u3001\u519b\u4e8b\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u9700\u8981\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u9632\u6f6e\u6027\u80fd\u3002<br><strong>\u6027\u80fd\u6570\u636e\uff1a<\/strong> \u4ecb\u7535\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff1a18-28 kV\/mm\uff1b\u9632\u6f6e\u6027\u80fd\uff1a\u4f18\u5f02\uff1b\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\uff1a-60\u00b0C \u81f3 130\u00b0C\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"silicone-resin-coatings\">\u7845\u6811\u8102\u6d82\u6599<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>\u6709\u673a\u7845\u6d82\u6599\u4ee5\u6709\u673a\u7845\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5355\u7ec4\u5206\u6216\u53cc\u7ec4\u5206\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u8010\u9ad8\u6e29\u6027\u3001\u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u548c\u826f\u597d\u7684\u4ecb\u7535\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u52bf<\/strong> \u8010\u78e8\u6027\u5dee\uff0c\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u6d82\u5c42\u3002<br><strong>\u5178\u578b\u5e94\u7528<\/strong> \u9ad8\u6e29\u5e94\u7528\u3001LED \u7167\u660e\u3001\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u5b50\u3002<br><strong>\u6027\u80fd\u6570\u636e\uff1a<\/strong> \u4ecb\u7535\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff1a20-30 kV\/mm\uff1b\u9632\u6f6e\u6027\uff1a\u826f\u597d\uff1b\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\uff1a-60\u00b0C \u81f3 200\u00b0C\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"parylene-coatings\">\u805a\u5bf9\u4e8c\u7532\u82ef\u6d82\u5c42<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>\u805a\u5bf9\u4e8c\u7532\u82ef\u6d82\u5c42\u662f\u4ee5\u805a\u5bf9\u4e8c\u7532\u82ef\u805a\u5408\u7269\u7684\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u6d82\u6577\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6d82\u5c42\u5177\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u963b\u9694\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u539a\u5ea6\u5747\u5300\uff0c\u53ef\u6e17\u900f\u5230\u6781\u5c0f\u7684\u7f1d\u9699\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u52bf<\/strong> \u963b\u9694\u6027\u6781\u4f73\uff0c\u539a\u5ea6\u5747\u5300\uff0c\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u6781\u4f73\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u597d\u3002<br><strong>\u7f3a\u70b9<\/strong> \u6210\u672c\u9ad8\uff0c\u5e94\u7528\u65f6\u9700\u8981\u4e13\u95e8\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u96be\u4ee5\u8fd4\u5de5\u3002<br><strong>\u5178\u578b\u5e94\u7528<\/strong> \u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u3001\u519b\u4e8b\u4ee5\u53ca\u9700\u8981\u6781\u8584\u4e14\u5747\u5300\u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002<br><strong>\u6027\u80fd\u6570\u636e\uff1a<\/strong> \u4ecb\u7535\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff1a5-7 kV\/mil\uff1b\u9632\u6f6e\u6027\u80fd\uff1a\u4f18\u5f02\uff1b\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\uff1a-200\u00b0C \u81f3 200\u00b0C\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parylene \u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef\u6280\u672f\u4f7f\u5176\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6700\u590d\u6742\u7684\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u72b6\u4e0a\u4e5f\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u5747\u5300\u7684\u6d82\u5c42\uff0c\u662f\u4fdd\u62a4\u590d\u6742\u5fae\u7535\u5b50\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5fae\u578b\u5316\u548c\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u8981\u6c42\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u65e0\u7591\u662f\u4e00\u573a\u6e38\u620f\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u53d8\u9769\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 \u6d82\u5c42\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u4f18\u70b9\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u7f3a\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u52bf<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
