Bester Tech Conducts Routine ESD Protective Checks Across Workshop Areas

Shenzhen Bester Tech Ltd has completed its routine seasonal inspection of antistatic and grounding setups across our assembly benches, material handling areas, and packaging stations.
In electronic assembly, everyday electrostatic management is essential for keeping sensitive electronic components safe from accidental static damage during handling. Because modern circuit boards use compact chips and sensitive electronic parts, maintaining good antistatic habits in the workshop helps ensure that boards perform reliably once they reach our customers.
Routine Workshop Maintenance
During our regular workshop maintenance checks, our team reviewed standard daily protective measures:
- Workbench Matting and Connections: Checking that antistatic table mats and grounding cords remain clean, securely connected, and in good physical condition.
- Operator Grounding Equipment: Verifying standard personal gear such as wrist straps, antistatic smocks, and handling tools used on manual assembly and inspection lines.
- Material Transfer and Storage: Ensuring circuit boards and component reels are moved using standard antistatic containers and protective shielding bags throughout the production floor.
Focus on Daily Manufacturing Care
These ongoing maintenance routines reflect our commitment to careful, practical manufacturing practices. By taking care of the everyday details on the production floor, Bester Tech aims to provide smooth, dependable assembly service for every customer project.
